assess the space by taking measurements, photos, and detailed notes to create a tailored approach
initial proposal & project plan
a detailed breakdown of the proposed organizational process, including key steps and strategies
estimated project cost and expected timeline provided for transparency
suggested products or storage solutions included (if applicable)
adjusted proposal & project kickoff
refinements based on client feedback, including finalized scope and cost
agreement & waiver signed before the project begins (optional social media consent form included)
retainer collected (if applicable) to secure project start date
execution & transformation
the client completes any assigned pre-project tasks to streamline the process
hands-on organizing begins, including decluttering, sorting, and implementing storage solutions
products are ordered and integrated into the space for optimal functionality
any additional costs (such as unforeseen product needs) are discussed and invoiced with approval
project completion & maintenance plan
final walkthrough to ensure client satisfaction and make any necessary refinements
a customized action plan is provided, including:
links to recommended products used
maintenance tips and tricks to sustain the organization
before-and-after photos for reference and motivation
discussion of any potential future projects or continued support options
fees
hourly rate:
beyond neat charges a base hourly rate, and additional fees may apply based on the services provided
travel fee:
travel time is billed at half the standard hourly rate for each hour, plus any applicable parking fees, tolls, public transportation fares, and other related expenses (this only relates to certain jobs that are not local)
deposit/retainer:
depending on size of the project, 50% of the agreed upon project fee should be collected at the beginning and then the remainder at the end
multiple day projects exceeding a certain estimated amount may need a retainer
additional fees:
research, shopping, donation deliveries, or any other tasks completed on behalf of the client will be charged at normal hourly rate
